Olive oil is a great moisturizer, not because it
has its own healing properties, but because it attracts external moisture, holds
the moisture close to the skin and forms a films to prevent loss internal
moisture. Olive oil soap is a real beauty product easy to be hand-made.

Les recettes crétoises sont très simples, à base d'huile d'olive, de
légumes frais, de pain, de poissons, de viandes et d'une grande variété
de fromages.
Nous nous rendrons chez les maraîchers locaux et sur les marchés afin
de nous procurer les meilleurs ingrédients nécessaires à nos
préparations.
Ensemble nous préparerons les repas, nous vous ferons partager les
secrets des recettes crétoises, nous ramasserons les épices nécessaire
à l'assaisonnement et ferons cuir nos plats dans un four à bois. Ceux
qui le souhaite pourront ensuite se baigner dans les eaux claires de la
mer Égee, nous fournissons masques et tubas à ceux qui le désir.
